ÉnergieNow!’s vision is to enable you to achieve your personal, professional and business goals.   We help you, your business and/or your community achieve your goals:  we guide you in the discovery of what you want to achieve, the development of a tactical plan and the implementation of the plan to achieve success.  We believe that people, businesses and communities…you…have what it takes inside of you to live up to your potential, to achieve the things you want in life…but that you often don’t know how to access what is inside of you in a way that achieves success.  Given the right framework and tools, you can be guided to achieve that success….through ÉnergieNow! ÉnergieNow! Coaching

ÉnergieNow!’s coaching programs have a common framework: a discovery stage to assist you in identifying your personal, professional and business goals; the development of a tactical plan to achieve these goals; and one-on-one coaching on a regular basis to guide you through achievement of the plan. This framework is supported by exercises and questions, motivational material, and research, as well as a referral service for your needs that cannot be satisfied within the traditional coaching mechanism.

The ÉnergieNow! Team

Monique Pambrun, owner and principal coach at ÉnergieNow!, holds degrees from the University of Manitoba and Harvard University.  She has extensive experience in strategy, planning and management, with success in business leadership, marketing, project management and team leadership.  Monique has followed numerous coaching programs, and has achieved many personal, professional and business goals.  She recently finished her first book, Dammit, I am right! and has spoken at several events, including the 2007 National Women's Show in Montréal.

Serge Lacroix, sales director and coach at ÉnergieNow!, comes to us with 20 years experience in the RCMP and 6 years in a successful network marketing role.  He has experience in many areas associated with coaching and team leadership, sales, network marketing, financial investments, security and communications.  He has followed a number of personal growth and coaching programs.
