The Sounding Board program is a general-purpose coaching relationship that allows the employee to work with a coach on a regular basis resolving day-to-day issues.  This program is often used as a precursor to other more formal programs or as a continuance of the coaching relationship at the conclusion of another program. 

Additional programs are available, and programs can be customized or adapted to meet the client’s needs.  In addition, new programs continue to be developed as clients bring new requests to the table.
